It works and works well. The CD player is designed for a long service life.
Positively surprised by the compact size with such a good sound. Basic boosts are not overwhelming. The fact that the batteries last about 12 hours is great. The cassette player is well made and does its job perfectly. I received a head cleaner and degausser for the system. My model does not have a remote control. It came with a chessboard to connect an MP3 player.
