I have been using this product for a while. My two Weimariners loved it. I've used it along with commercially prepared chilled foods. Today my vet removed this product from my dogs and put them on a prescription diet for a medical condition that would require a permanent change in their diet. I just placed a new order early this morning before her vet visit. As you can imagine, I was very upset to learn that I could not return the items in my order. For medical reasons, I am no longer allowed to feed this food to my dogs. It's expensive food, and I ordered it for a month, as usual. Food arrived yesterday, Amazon box not opened, Honest Kitchen boxes not opened. "No Returns." Revain must state at the top of each page of each item sold that the item is offered by the seller in very bold and prominent type. can "never be returned for any reason". I am very disappointed in Honest Kitchen and Revain. While I have liked this product for the few years that I have used it, the fact that it cannot be returned in an unopened Revain box and unopened seller's box is not true. I would return them the next day. Financially, this is a huge win for the average consumer who is already struggling to feed their animals well. Please review your policies, Honest Kitchen and Revain. Your return ultimately depends on your policy. I would not recommend Honest Kitchen products to anyone, although I have used them successfully for many years. Shameful.
