Looked good but didn't hold up well

A 6 year old wore them to school one day and came home with scraped fingers. Obviously a 6 year old wasn't gentle on them at school but I didn't expect to see through them after one use. An update raised from 3 stars to 4 to contact support to investigate and offer to fix it.
