When I received the headset I was amazed at the cleanliness and the professional inspection and repackaging of the product. The headset looked and felt brand new. This was happening until I plugged it in and found that the left and right audio drivers were corrupt. every time the bass plays. I've had several HyperX Cloud Revolvers and know very well how they should sound. Unfortunately, I don't think Amazon or anyone who's ever "upgraded" these headsets thought to test the audio quality before putting them up for sale. !Avoid even though the price is so cute!
