Fits right, works great. Fan blade design and motor speed are OEM. The only difference between OEM and this is that the OEM motor can be opened up (assembled with screws) for brush maintenance while it is a riveted motor. Since most people don't open up the motor for brush service (and probably don't know how to reassemble the motor afterwards), replacing the assembly is really moot. Buy with confidence (and save some money!).
