I give 5 stars for the overall rating because they are really great headphones for the price. Also, one of my sons broke a pair and I notified them and they immediately sent me two replacement pairs without having to ship them back so the customer service has been great! Four stars in the subcategories are only four stars because they are not as high quality compared to other headphones and I didn't want to mislead with my rating. The buyer should consider that I believe 4 stars in these categories is BETTER than you can expect for this money if they are willing to spend less than $20. PHENOMENAL QUALITY and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE for the price!
