I bought this product to whiten my teeth. My teeth are a bit sensitive so I was cautious and figured I'd just stop using it if there was a problem. I used this product every day for 7 days and had no problems. The blue gel you use after whitening is really nice and refreshing. I had to order extra blue gel but that's ok, the whitening gel really made my teeth whiter. I would recommend this product to everyone. The instructions are easy to understand and everything you need is included. I would take before and after photos!
