We are using volcanic for our Recruitment process from candidate tracking through engagement scoring till offer stage.Volcano is very easy system user friendly even I am newbie in this software they have good documentation which guides you step by Step everything about volcano. Nothing dislike it because its really amazing tool if used properly can help employers/recruiter save time also helps candidates who looking job or searching their future employer etc.,It's an awesome product highly recommendable one! Volcano rocks my world!! It has helped me lot when i was working at top MNC as recruitee manager but now not only helping recruiters hiring right employees but more helpful finding best fit talent out there into organization. This will be benefit both parties like HR & Talent management section where we manage employee performance score (engagement).Candidate search capability so fast no need any.
