Actually 3M DI-NOC - Vinyl Wraps
The confusion is that this item is described as a DI-NOC and the outer packaging says it is a DI-NOC but it is in a roll sealed with a piece of branded masking tape with Vivid - Made in Canada on the outside. However, it is actually a 3M NI-NOC. I've used both brands and I know the difference, but also the tear off paper is printed with 3M instead of VIVID TECHNOLOGIES. I've attached an image showing the Vivid Uses removable pad. So buy it and don't be afraid. that is a good thing!
