I like that there's an easy way of connecting people who are interested in similar topics so you can see what others have been reading or watching about your industry/topic area as well! There could be more features added such as live chat which would make it easier when working from home during COVID-19 crisis days (or any time). It also helps me organize my research by putting all related articles into one place rather than having them scattered around different websites - this saves lots of precious minutes while researching online at work before heading back out again after lunch break!!
