Review on Training Set，Exercise Equipment Resistance Parachute by Mark Ponnusamy
Need info please!
I seem to be missing a few things, although I'm not sure what the other things are for. I assumed there would be some sort of list or something. I don't see the resistance bands listed in the description in the package. The X shaped thing in the middle of the picture doesn't match anything I can tell. The ball sling has the same velcro as the X-shaped velcro. I don't know how to attach the parachute to my waist. The stripe in the far left corner of the image will not bypass a person of average height. Please help me! Thanks very much! I'll update the review once I figure out the setup!
