Some sellers "accidentally" list used cleaning cassettes as new so be careful when you receive the item. Make sure that the cartridge not only has the manufacturer's seal on it, but also that it is not broken or opened. In our case, the used cartridge was easy to spot as not only was the seal broken, but part of the cardboard label inside the cartridge was removed and then applied to the bottom of the cartridge, indicating it was used at least before 5 times. I rate the cleaning cartridge as good (if you actually get a new one), but be sure to check the seller's reviews on this item. Also note that "some" sellers in Ohio think it's a good idea to record your phone conversation (without your knowledge or prior consent) when you call to let them know you've received an apparently used item. It's illegal in many states, but may not be in Ohio.
