Cute, slightly too big for Tack

Good quality, still too big. Put on the horn of her 10 inch pony saddle and my 2.5 year old feet still don't reach the stirrups. It's close, though, so they'll be there soon. Since the cross strap is at the top, you can only shorten it to a limited extent.
