I'm 5'10" and weigh 193 pounds. Traditionally I wear a size large and on rare occasions I wear a size medium. I ordered a "larger" version of this shirt style and it seemed fitted well but was a little baggy in the stomach.I ordered the medium just out of curiosity to see how it would fit, thinking it would probably be too tight.My chest is about 41-42". The size chart states that the average size fits a 38-40 bust. When I received the shirt it fits almost exactly like my plus size with slightly less fabric in the stomach. I found that this style of shirt is more a "boar" -Shirt resembles. Something to wear with flip flops or loafers with slouchy shorts to the beach. It feels almost like linen, rougher. I would recommend going up or down a size, I've ordered 5 of these shirts and they are all very similar big and fall en tends to be a bit large.
