This is a cheap watch but it seems to work well. I get a lot of compliments for that. I had no trouble removing the links, but I did have a small device that rotates and removes the pins (it came with another bracelet I ordered earlier). I just used it, no problem. The biggest complaint (I've only worn it for about a week so far) is that it fills up with condensation. Just sweat. I wore it on the treadmill and when I got off it the glass was so full I couldn't see the dial. I smeared the backing around the gasket with clear nail polish and that seemed to help. But I think I have to do it weekly to keep "printing". So if you don't want to take the watch off every time you wear it, maybe leave an extra link so you can slide more on your hand to keep water from getting in next to it.
