Well 3M is the best I've found for any product of this type. Maybe not the best in the world (I don't know), but it's their products that have reliable quality and performance - this is no exception. Follow the directions and use some elbow grease (whether you use a machine or by hand) and it will work. If an app doesn't do its job, repeat it and you'll see improvements. It's a real mess to quit when the first application is "super effective" so applying for problem areas two or even three times is no disadvantage for me. You can use 3M 39002 which is designed for finer work and buff with a hand stain to achieve a show car like finish. Great products and not the cheapest on the market but when you look at the cost of professional paint and body work the price really makes sense and the results put price worries away. You really don't need much to treat, for example, a foot-diameter area - a quarter-sized spoon will do the trick.
