My main issue is that the mirror won't turn on with the cable that came with it. We had to go through random cables to find the right one. It really caught fire at this point, but it was pretty unacceptable that I even had to look for a new cable when they had to make sure the cable was working properly before shipping. After turning it on, the screen didn't even turn off. work hard. Not exactly sure what the correct function was for, but it didn't work. I was able to switch between different types of lighting and turn on the mirror, but it didn't work properly. My final complaint is that after installing it on my mother's desk, the lamp cover fell off. I tried putting it back on but burned myself because the bulbs were so hot. Then more when the lamp bases are dropped. I turned off the mirror and tried to put them back on but they wouldn't hold. No one dropped it and only my mother and I were playing around with it and trying to light it. He's super bright. Almost too bright. If I could give zero stars I would as this product did not live up to my expectations at all. There was too much wrong with that. I only give one star ⭐️ because the return and refund process was easy. Attached is a really fuzzy photo because I was only allowed one video - you can see it was turned on with a different cable. They sent me a white, a black cable for a laptop.
