I am 5'4" (most of my height comes from my long legs - I have a short torso) and got the large teal (green) ball. When it is mostly inflated (not firm), the ball is the perfect size for me. I think a medium ball would have been great, too. If you are 5'4" or shorter, you may consider getting the medium size - especially if you have regular or shorter legs.The kit came with the blue and pink band, blue peri bottle, and grey socks that say "I'm going to be a mommy soon" (as pictured). All of these seem like great quality items.
