I've been using this stand/ring light for my online work and videos for two weeks, I have to say it works great. The ring light has 3 types of light that you can quickly switch and easily adjust the light intensity. The retractable tripod makes it easy to switch from floor to tabletop use. The phone holder has a strong grip that keeps it in place without damaging it and even fits in a phone case. It's also convenient to use Bluetooth control to capture a video or photo remotely. Overall this is a great product that I would recommend to anyone.
