Don't waste money and time.

Got this to see how it was in hopes it would give me a better idea of trailer loading and finer trailer brake adjustment. I was wrong. The weight calibration for my truck was off by over 3000 pounds (over) so I had to do a manual calibration. Then when you want to know the weight of a truck or trailer, you have to use your phone while going from a standstill to 15mph to hope it gives you the weight. For it to help set the brakes you need to know the weight of the truck and the total weight with the trailer, then set the controller to 2 and drive. If the wheels do not lock, it is recommended to set the value to 3 and so on until you get trailer wheel lock. I can do it without this device. After a little over a month I consider it a waste of money and useless.
