This is a fantastic car seat with lots of smart features. The entire seat folds down to fit in its own carry bag, although it can be easily reassembled in 30 seconds. The blanket the dogs rest on is silky soft faux fur that doesn't seem to cling to dirt and debris. The zip is easy to unzip for washing, and in the summer you can turn the cover inside out so the linen side is up and not the fur. The cushion that lifts dogs onto the seat has a soft foam side that resembles memory foam. It's very spacious, I have 2 18lb Cockapoos sharing a large one and they can lay together and neither looks crowded. I bought this to replace a more expensive seat that they have been using for years. and this one is much better. All seams are even, there is no protruding foam at the bottom, everything is sheathed and beautifully finished. It also comes with 2 large pockets on the front with velcro closure and an additional hidden zip pocket on the back. I was able to hang a different company's food and water set on the front of the seat. I have a large size on the back seat of my SUV and it takes up 2 seats which may not be visible in the picture. It definitely won't fit in your front seat unless it's a bench. There's something hard in the floor and sides so it's held like a box so it doesn't go through your front seat and overlap the center console. Dogs love it too!
