ultra plush? The best in a diaper

Although the changing pad feels very soft I wouldn't call it ultra plush. In fact, it's very thin, almost like the usual thickness of a t-shirt. I have another one from the same brand called Ultra Plush and it's very fluffy so not sure what the difference is.
