The best thing about this service for me was that it allowed us to send out emails in bulk, without having to worry too much as we had someone else take care of all our mailing needs! I wasn't very happy with how long processing time took between sending an e-blast/e mail campaign or update through my account manager (it seemed like there were days where nothing would show up at ALL). Our target demographic changed quite rapidly during those months so sometimes what worked one week did not work two weeks later because they'd gone off list again - which made scheduling campaigns difficult if you wanted them sent more often than every other day /weekend only etc. Sending updates via MailChimp has been great though especially since most people are familiar with its interface by now anyway but the targeting options offered here were still really helpful when trying new things out before scaling back down once.
