I needed this to reduce the number of containers I usually take to work for lunch and snacks. The container itself is small, which is fine with me, but for those who eat more, pay attention to the size. This tank was leaking from day one, even in departments where there was little condensate - it was leaking. We suspected an unsuitable silicone ring. Between myself, my husband, my adult/teen children and numerous co-workers we were unable to get the ring to fit. The size was wrong and we ended up with more silicone ring than we needed. I contacted the company through Revain for advice/troubleshooting on fitting the ring and also informed them of my issues. Her response was not to pour the liquid into the container. Seriously, I don't pour any liquid in these containers, but foods like cucumbers and other fruits and vegetables are naturally water-based. As for the silicone ring, they responded by putting it in the right place (many tried and it even became a joke at work). No help from their customer service. We ended up gifting it to our niece who now wears crayons and bobby pins. If you want something functional for your lunch, look elsewhere.
