Review on WenTao by Jeff Hall

My most recent purchase from WenTao fell short of my expectations for high-quality health, housekeeping, stationery, and gift-wrapping supplies. While they do have a wide variety of options, I was disappointed by how few of them were both useful and high quality. The gift bags and wrapping paper were dull, and the paper towels were of poor quality. The visual value of their products was not sufficient to compensate for their ineffectiveness. From a firm that advertises such a vast catalog of goods, I had higher hopes for a better customer service experience. For my future shopping and giving requirements, I plan to go elsewhere.
