I was a bit skeptical but I liked what I read in the product reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to get more than my money's worth. The case alone is worth the price. The knife looks exactly as pictured. It's sharp right out of the box, but with a bit of dressing, the hair becomes sharp, like all my knives. Field use will determine the quality of the steel, but I suspect it will be good. I really like the Scandinavian grind when it comes to the camping hassle of preparing firewood for a fire before cooking. I'm only giving this knife 4 stars because I've never used steel for woodworking before.
