Sturdy massage ball but too big for me

As a physical therapist, I find a good massage ball for my clients to improve the tools they can use at home. durable massage ball and an ideal tool for relaxing back muscles, especially the middle and lower trapezius muscles, as well as under deep muscles like the rhomboids. The hips and thighs can also be the best spots for these massage balls. Cons: The size is a bit big, at least for me. For some people, the large size may be too aggressive when used on certain body parts such as the lumbar and hip areas. The Epitomie Fitness Massage Ball is shaped like a perfect sphere. Compared to my other massage ball in one of my pictures which is the wrong ball, the wrong shape can create a different level of pressure, especially when used on the plantar fascia. Miscellaneous and Suggestions: The relatively large size and weight of this Epitomie fitness massage ball. also can be a good shoulder exercise equipment as I showed in the picture. If a massage ball can be made into a small core that offers many interchangeable skins of different shapes, hardness, etc., I think that would be the ideal design. on the market. Conclusion: This is a well-made and durable massage ball. I recommend it to people who need an aggressive massage.
