This is a very nice storage box and I ordered 3 as birthday gifts for girls who were having a party at the same time. Two were well wrapped in shrink wrap, but the third had a missing bottom strap and a dent on the side. I wasn't very happy as I needed her now. I called Revain and they fixed the issue in no time so it worked. Two girls from Switzerland and the girls' mother liked them very much. Just like the mother who lives here in the States. They said they were very durable, very cute, and had enough drawers and openings on the top to fit a lot. I'm glad I finally chose this product.
