I ordered this because it was cheap just to test out the fitness tracker before spending a lot of money on it. It's ok, but nothing special. I use my treadmill primarily for exercise and it doesn't do very well unless I'm constantly swinging my arms while walking. It's supposed to track your sleep, but it doesn't do that very well either. And lately he's been dying on me a lot, although he's hardly used it lately.
