The light meets my expectations and works well. I've been in studio photography for over 40 years; However, these lights were purchased to make a YouTube video. When tuned, they produce about 10,000 lumens. It was fine if I wanted to go to 400 or 800 ISO but I want the best quality I can get which is 100 ISO or 200 ISO max. I brought my biggest 'cold' studio light with a silver umbrella reflector , which produced 14,000 lumens at 5500 Kelins of light. This was enough to get the correct exposure at ISO 100 1/60 with the Canon T5i's f4.0 35mm lens. Videos are recorded at 30 frames per second; So I couldn't go slower than 1/60th of a second. If you need great quality video, consider using 4 lights or brighter setup like MOUNTDOG 1350W Photo Studio Softbox Lighting Kit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G334LP9/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1. This kit is more than 3 times more lumens and provides clearer results.
