I used the word plug bug (previous generation) for years. When my work laptop was upgraded to a Macbook with USB-C and I found that the old connector bug wouldn't work, I ordered a new one. The new plug bug works as described, but makes it look older due to some changes. One of the great things about the old plug bug was that Apple parts could be plugged in from either side - I could use a small foldable US power plug or, more importantly, an Apple power strip. I could also use it with a laptop power bank or a smaller iPad compatible power bank. The brand name of the power plug just stinks. This means you won't be able to use Apple's power connectors, especially the power strip. I regularly use Plugbug when flying. Many airlines carry two three-seat power adapters - frequent travelers know that a "heavyweight" Plugbug power adapter (or an Apple power adapter with an extension cord) will constantly fall out and fail. . Again, I'm glad they added a second USB port, I'm glad it works with Macbook OR iPad adapters, but I'm very disappointed that the power bank isn't interchangeable with Apply products, and I am disappointed in twelve yugs. Don't produce an extension to at least try to mimic the previous user experience. That's why I give three stars.
