I decided to treat myself and buy almost the top-end phone to date, which, as I hoped, would have to please me for at least 2-3 years. Since for many years I have given preference to Samsung technology, the choice fell on this device. I purchased the “non-certify” version of the phone, since the price is lower, and according to the assurances of the stores, there are no technical differences from the “certify”. On the second day of use, I found that the 4G mobile Internet periodically stops working, even with good connection quality. What it looks like: you open the page in the browser, but it does not open, while the 4G icon is displayed and shows the maximum signal level, and only one "up" arrow lights up. Turning airplane mode on or off temporarily helps, or rebooting the device. I tried to change the SIM card, SIM cards of other operators, changed physical SIM cards and e-Sim, wrote to the operator's technical support and Samsung's technical support, following all their recommendations - the problem could not be solved. It is noteworthy that on SIM cards of different operators, mobile Internet can work for a different amount of time without problems. Bottom line: I took the smartphone to the service department of the store where I bought it, and the service department recognized the defect of the device, and fortunately the money will be returned to me. Maybe I was just unlucky, and I would gladly buy this model again, but, alas, judging by the messages on the forums, Samsung flagships have some indecent amount of marriage, including models from previous years. I really don’t want to run into another problematic phone, given such an unpleasant experience. Samsung, how is it? It's a shame, however.
