Even better with a little hack

As mentioned, Orbitkey overprices the rubber key holder; However, they designed it well. The hardware pieces are well made and have a smart ratchet lock on the post that tightens every 180 degrees to keep keys/components in place. However, I still found the keys to be a bit loose, not because of the Orbitkey's design, but because the hole in my keys/flash drive was too big and they were misaligned on the stand. Attached are a few photos of the modification I made to the keys and drive which fixed the looseness. I used some JB Weld Quikweld (an epoxy that is around $5 at your local hardware store) to fill in the holes. After it has cured for about 10 minutes you can trim it flush with a razor blade and let it dry for another 4-5 hours before sanding it smooth and drilling a new hole. I used a 9/64" bit which adds little preload to the Orbitkey shank. The keys now remain centered on the post, and since the keyholes rub a bit, no post is required. Finally, I used two #6 flat washers (also bought at a hardware store) on each end of the post, along with one of the wave washers, that came with the Orbitkey, which improved the ease of opening.
