I have been using Gingher scissors for many, many years. They have always been of the highest quality, easy to sharpen and last forever (or so I thought). BUT - I had to buy a new pair because I couldn't find anyone to grind my gingers at the moment. So I started reading the reviews. Kai has the best ratings. I couldn't choose between 8-9 or 10 inches. My ginghers were 8 inches. But maybe they were a bit short. They definitely became uncomfortable after a few hours of use. So I watched a video Kai made comparing different sizes. I chose 9. In an ideal world, I would like to choose 8 and 10. I find 9 inches a bit long for curves, but maybe I'll get used to it. These are spicy! I've used them on microfiber, viscose, cotton, polyester. Fabrics that cling like microfiber and cut like butter (yes, I said that!). Remove lint after use. I suggest blowing them on or wiping them down with a lint free cloth. So they stay sharp longer. Put them back in the vagina too. I can't say enough good things about these scissors.
