Mine was defective - Fuel Filter
After a month the filter started leaking fuel from the glow plug. Fleet Guard filter. Maybe that particular filter of mine was broken because I used the same brand on different cargo liners. But no heater plug and no water separator drain plug and I had no inconvenience.
