Replaced headphones with 2nd pair. Same problem. They're connected to my computer for live radio and the audio often cuts out for a few seconds and I miss part of the conversation. The further away you are from the Bluetooth source (the computer in my case), the worse it gets. The wireless range is only about 10 feet before the signal is completely lost. I'm not sure how they connect to the device from the outside, but in my office building they are terrible. The battery lasts well but I wouldn't recommend it with a signal. falls in and out often. Also, the instructions said it should come with a cloth tote bag, but there wasn't one.
