Review on Yonyou HCM by Kenneth Barnes

The user interface is very simple, easy to use for even new users without any programming knowledge required! It's not much different from other off-the shelf software like Sage or Workday but it has some unique features that make this one stand out amongst its competitors (no need of additional licenses). I also liked how they provide best practices templates which save time in setting things right. So far so good no complaints with their product at all!! Nothing specific comes into my mind except perhaps sometimes during peak hours when there are too many people accessing/using their platform simultaneously; loading times can be quite slow compared what we might have expected especially given all our resources available today. Also as mentioned earlier - Best Practices Templates saves tonsneo work since most issues arise due to incorrect implementation / customization rather than technical glitches.
