Great product but poor packaging by sender
This is a great product. I am a chemo patient and it helps me a lot after the treatment when my mouth hurts a lot. My only complaint is that this 16-ounce bottle of e-liquid was simply thrown into an oversized mailer box with no padding or insulation. . No wonder the plastic bottle cap shattered. Luckily the bottle was sealed with foil and it didn't break. So everything was fine then, and if it happens again, who knows.
