It roasts evenly, which is a benefit. The ability to lift hot bread is a big advantage since it prevents one from having to climb into hot cells behind it. Having certain negative aspects In the same manner, the bread will occasionally either burn or become only partially cooked, but this occurrence is extremely rare.
