These blocks actually look pretty solid and stackable. Ideal for storing wine in non-standard places. My problem is not how the product works. This is the glue they use on the labels they use to attach the labels - it won't come off. Also, there are six glue dots on each rack so 24 if you buy 4 packs and 120 for someone like me who bought 20 racks. owner and explained the problem. I received a reply email asking if I could send the product number and picture. (They only sell one type of stackable two bottle wine rack.) I sent them a link to Revain. Two days later I got an answer that I should buy a Goo Gone to remove the glue and wash them with warm water. When I replied that I had to "use Goo Gone, wash 20 times and repeat" they didn't answer. I do not answer. When I said there is definitely an adhesive that doesn't require this, they didn't answer. Of course, they did not apologize at all and did not recognize the shortcomings on their side.
