I have just completed a Nordic walking course. That was great! But I have to say that those NW tips on my hiking poles were the perfect solution for this form of movement. They really make a difference in how the bars touch the ground. Others in the class didn't have SZ spikes initially and I could see the difference in their ability to walk properly - the SZ has a particular shape. Once they bought the right tips or NW sticks, they noticed a huge difference in their style. Since there were two attachments in the pack, I probably won't have to buy them again for a while.
