Great tea! for my opinion
I like that this is made more like a coffee maker. It makes it easier to add more tea bags or herbs. I wish the pitcher was made of a thicker plastic. I feel that if it dropped, it might crack. I also wish that the base of the unit was smaller, to fit the pitcher snuggly. Once there is liquid in the pitcher, it's not a problem. We've made black tea and herbal tea so far. The tea is fantastic!
