I bought three sets (silver, gold, rose gold) nose screws, mainly for the silver one, as I wanted to replace the internally threaded nose ring, also surgical steel. Nose screws are much easier to insert/remove than female nose rings. I've been wearing my original surgical steel nose ring for over 4 months with no problems. After wearing the silver nose ring in this pack for 24 hours, my piercing became very inflamed and started to burn. By the end of the day my nose was very swollen. I had to replace it with my old nose ring, which was very painful and almost impossible given the swelling. For now I'm just hoping I can keep my piercing.
