As others have said you will need to drill the original bolt holes on your Jeep as they are slightly larger. These instructions apply to the 1995 Wrangler YJ, but others must have the same factory color driver and passenger seat belts. There are 4 wires in the wiring harness on the driver's side. Black (ground), white (tail/parking light), white/black (tail light) and green (brake light). White connects to the white wire of the LED. White/Black connects to the yellow wire of the LED. Green connects to the red wire of the LED. You can connect the black ground wire to the black LED wire. The passenger wiring harness has 3 wires. Brown (rear/parking light), red (rear light) and white (brake light). The brown wire connects to the white wire on the LED. The red wire connects to the yellow wire on the LED, and the white wire connects to the red wire on the LED. The black LED wire should be connected to the chassis ground of choice depending on your application. The headlights look great and are much brighter than the stock headlights. I took off a star for the number of splices, total lack of instructions, and the fact that I had to drill my Jeep. I will update my review later depending on how well they work and if there has been any water ingress.
