It was easy to use; there were tutorials readily available for training purposes, which helped me learn quickly! There isn’t much that you can dislike about this system as long it meets your needs perfectly well enough in terms of functionality and design (which works flawlessly).

The UI could be improved by adding an option where we have access control over viewing records - i would love some granularity with how far back one should go when searching through our logbook/fire report database if say their department has not been active since 2013 etc. This software lets us organize all data related to fire investigations easily into reports so they are accessible whenever needed without having to search multiple databases or emailing documents around town-wide between departments who may work at different locations.
