I find it very easy to use, intuitive interface that allows you to get out of your way while letting us do what we are best at - building conversations with our users! There is nothing really negative i can say about this product as well as other platforms like Intercom or Twilio etc. We're using polyai for customer support chatbot so far everything works great! The pricing model seems just right too if not overpriced (I think). My team was able to create an automated bot in less than 1 day thanks to their amazing documentation which helped me understand how all features work together by example even though they have many tutorials available online. It took some time getting used to but after couple hours my teammates were able to implement most complex flows without any assistance from developers.
