I like that it is easy to use, very intuitive for new users as well experienced ones (it's not just limited by experience). It also has an amazing community with tons of resources available through their website or slack channel! There are some features we have been waiting so long but still haven't seen them implemented yet - such things include more advanced training options than only text-to speech conversion/speech recognition etc., better integration into other tools in our stack e.g…

Great experience creating conversational automatons and apps

I find it very easy to use, intuitive interface that allows you to get out of your way while letting us do what we are best at - building conversations with our users! There is nothing really negative i can say about this product as well as other platforms like Intercom or Twilio etc. We're using polyai for customer support chatbot so far everything works great! The pricing model seems just right too if not overpriced (I think). My team was able to create an automated bot in less than 1 day…

  • Also good tutorial section here helps people learn quickly once given proper guidance :) Integration capabilities seem pretty impressive although still limited due lackof open APIs/gateways
