Too small - my new rating
The quality is good but my daughter didn't like it. The tights are not long enough to reach her thighs. We used pantyhose for the costume so we cut off her toes so she can pick them up.
Pros
- These tights went so well with the elf costume I bought for my 4 year old!
Cons
- The color can fade over time with repeated washing and deteriorate its appearance.
