Well I'd love to give it the 5 stars everyone is raving about but. no phone number or email to contact people who know what the problem might be. I came to the forum with questions and everyone says don't hit the button that much, so what now? It's clear that I'm not pushing any buttons. I don't know if the music on my USB stick is compatible because there are no instructions on it. This USB port writes music to my car stereo's memory, so it should work. Otherwise the sound is clear and amazing with my bluetooth from my phone. Pretty neat little speaker.
