stopped working for some reason today. (I checked the cable, it's fine.) I can't find the user manual to see if I'm missing something. Many sellers post instructions with the product. Of course I want Olitek to do this. I still didn't like this speaker. It's too big and heavy and doesn't hold a charge very long. Probably just replace instead of looking for a fix. I do not recommend.

Let me start by saying I've been to two world's fairs and kissed a monkey so I'm not easily impressed but this thing absolutely blew my mind and my wife. It managed to impress us with its volume and clarity. I popped it into the wall charger, plugged in the flash drive and turned it on, then lifted my (our) jaws off the floor. I will buy another one for my wife's office. Actually, I'm buying another one for the kitchen because she took the first one. IF THIS CONTINUES, IT WILL BE VERY VALUABLE.

Bluetooth works great, FM radio is ok and USB stick playback is great but be aware that it's not music plays back copies copied with Apple products .M4A format. If the USB stick won't play, connect it to your computer and make sure it's not an Apple Music .M4A file or a copy. If so, convert to .MP3 and your flash drive will play. This speaker has an excellent sound. You don't have to turn up the volume to get a booming sound outside. The only downside to this speaker is the way it plays a flash drive. It has no ability to shuffle songs, and when it reaches the end of the recorded music on the flash drive, it continues listening to the disc where the music is not recorded. It does not return to the beginning of the disc. We've tried playing the Stick on other devices and there's no dead air issue, so we're not sure why…

Well I'd love to give it the 5 stars everyone is raving about but. no phone number or email to contact people who know what the problem might be. I came to the forum with questions and everyone says don't hit the button that much, so what now? It's clear that I'm not pushing any buttons.
